Your clinical work may include Assistive Technology prescription, functional capacity assessments, reports and face-to-face therapy sessions, with the caseload able to be tailored further towards your clinical interests. You will also have dedicated time each week to provide supervision, support clinical development, run fortnightly in-service training, assist with team culture and contribute to the ongoing growth of the OT team. This role would suit an experienced OT who is ready to step into a formal leadership position, or someone already providing informal supervision who is looking for the next step in their career. About the Team: You will be joining a well-established multidisciplinary team made up of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners and Psychologists.
